A patch is a small thing that carries a lot. It sits on a jacket someone wears every day, on a uniform that represents a department, on a varsity jacket someone keeps for thirty years. That is why we treat every order like it is going to be looked at closely — because it is.

We started because too many people were getting patches that arrived almost right. Colours a shade off. Edges fraying after a wash. Text that turned into a smudge at small sizes. Our answer was not a clever machine, it was discipline: match the thread to a real Pantone, choose the patch type that suits the artwork instead of the cheapest one, and inspect every batch before it ships.

A sketch on paper, a logo in low resolution, or a description in a WhatsApp message is enough. Our design team redraws it to production quality at no charge.

Digital mockup inside 24 hours

You get a to-scale visual with thread colours, dimensions and backing called out. Ask for changes as many times as you need — revisions are free until you are happy.

Approve, then production runs 7–14 days

Nothing goes to the floor without your sign-off. On large or repeat orders we can send a physical sample first so you can feel the weight and edge before committing.

Inspected, boxed, tracked

Every batch is checked for colour match, stitch density, edge finish and backing adhesion. Then it ships with tracking, anywhere in the USA or overseas.
