1. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date we issue it, and is based on the specification you gave us — quantity, size, construction, colour count, backing and border. If any of those change, the price changes with them and we will tell you before proceeding.

Every quote is itemised. There are no separate digitising, artwork or setup fees hidden behind the unit price, and nothing appears at checkout that was not in the quote you accepted.

2. Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, mark, image or text you send us. We do not verify ownership, and we are not able to reproduce a trademark that belongs to someone else without evidence of your right to use it. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you supplied.

Design and redraw work we carry out is provided free as part of the quoting process. Mockups we send you are yours to keep. The underlying production files — stitch files, mould tooling, colour separations — remain our property and are retained so that reorders match your original run.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media. Tell us at the time of ordering if your order is confidential and we will exclude it.

3. Approval before production

Nothing is manufactured until you approve a mockup in writing. Your approval covers the artwork, dimensions, colours, backing and border shown on it, and is the reference point against which the finished order is judged.

Please check the mockup carefully — particularly the spelling of names, dates and mottoes. Errors present in the artwork you approved are not covered by our remake guarantee, though we will always help you find the most economical way to correct them.

4. Colour matching

We match thread and pigment to Pantone (PMS) references wherever you supply them. Thread is a physical product with a finite palette: where no exact equivalent exists we will show you the closest available options and proceed on the one you choose.

Colour on a screen is not colour on fabric. Slight variation between a digital mockup and a finished patch is normal and is not treated as a defect.

5. Quantities and tolerance

There is no minimum order quantity. On larger runs, manufacturing tolerance means the delivered count may vary from the ordered count by a small margin; where that happens we bill the quantity actually delivered.

6. Lead times and delivery

Mockups are normally returned within 12–24 hours of receiving a complete brief. Production typically runs 7–14 working days from your approval, plus transit. Rush production is sometimes available — ask before ordering and we will confirm in writing whether a date is achievable.

Lead times are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather or other events outside our control, though we will keep you informed and do what we can to recover time.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Shipping is itemised separately on your quote; international duties and taxes are your responsibility.

7. Payment

Orders are payable in full before production begins unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is added where required.

8. Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel an order free of charge at any point before you approve the mockup. Once production has begun, custom-made goods cannot be resold, so cancellation is only possible where work has not yet started — contact us immediately and we will tell you the position honestly.

9. The money-back guarantee

If the patches you receive do not match the mockup you approved, we remake them at our cost. If a remake still does not get it right, we refund you in full. That is the whole policy and we do not add conditions to it.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and departures from the approved mockup. It does not cover normal variation in colour rendering, damage from incorrect application or laundering, or a change of mind about a design you approved.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost contracts or the cost of garments the patches were intended for. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harris County, Texas.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
